How To Save at Walgreens

Here’s how to get FREEbie items & even some you’ll “make money on” after rebate thanks to this Walgreen’s rebate booklet
• Look in the booklet & find the items that will be free after rebate. Place those items in your cart and pay for them at the register
• You can use coupons on them
• Circle the items on your receipt and put the rebate # next to each item
• Fill out the small form on the inside cover of the rebate booklet
• Be sure to write in the price the item was when it was rung up at the register BEFORE coupons
• Select the rebate option “Walgreen’s gift card”, do not choose the check: this will increase your rebate by 10%.
• Mail in your rebate and you can expect your gift card to arrive in the mail usually between 4 – 6 weeks
• If you do next month rebates again, you enter your gift card number into the box and your money will be electronically added to your gift card within 2 weeks
Here are a few additional tips:
• If you wait until a week or two into the month, a lot of the items will have coupons that come out for these new products.
• Additionally if a rebate is listed as “up to $7.99” yet the product has a listed regular price of $10.99, it is almost guaranteed that it will go on sale sometime during the month for $7.99.
• Also, When it’s time to spend your gift card, remember: Walgreens sells tons of gift cards to other stores… Chili’s, Home Depot, ToysRus, etc… So, you can save up rebate $ and use it to buy gift cards to other stores-they make great Christmas gifts.
