Mcdonalds only accepts the printed coupons if they are from their website, usually no other internet coupons are valid.
Mcdonalds does give you coupons for your birthday by signing up at their website. Coupons by Mcdonalds are only made available by individual Franchises so you will need to check with your local Mcdonalds to find out exactly what coupons are circulating and which ones will be available.
