Recently Kmart has a double coupon policy.  There is a limit of 75 coupons but you can take your family with you for separate transactions.  When using coupons some cashiers read the coupon and others do not.  Most stores do not take internet printed coupons.

Take advantage of Kmart clearance sections where you can get items 90% off.

Get two $5.00 off coupons for signing up on their website.  They are $5 off $50 online with quick expiration dates.

The amount of credit from doubling a coupon cannot exceed the retail price of an item.  No cash or in store credit will be awarded for any amount exceeding the retail price.  Limit 1 coupon for each item purchased.  One coupon will be doubled per item.  You may only purchase 4 of the same items using double coupons.

The next double coupon event will be 22nd – 28th.  You can find out when they are doubling coupons a week ahead by calling your local store.  They will know atleast a week in advance.

You can get your items almost free.  Use a coupon for every item you buy.  A total of $1687.38 if I had paid full price only cost me $113.12.  I only paid sales tax.  Every item I bought was FREE after coupons.  I did spend $5.00 for the coupons at gotmineforless.com and it was well worth it.

coupons up to $2 to make it $4 OFF!!!!

I found out my kmart doubled so I went with my gear in hand! I also had a $5 off 50 that I use d. Grand total before coupons was $158, I walked out spending…. ……… … $38!!  I did feel bad though, there was a huge line behind me and they had to open up 3 registers while I was doing my transaction. The cashier was so nice and was so excited with all the coupons, so that made me feel much better. I’ll probably go back again this week.

Also!! Most Kmarts take competitor RX coupons!!

They do NOT double the coupons that say “do not double”, but if the UPC starts with a 5 (not a 9) then the system will most likely double it.
Be careful of coupons that are $ off 2 items (ex: $2 off 2 Aussie products) the system doesn’t double them, but they should double. At the last doubles event, Aussie hair care was on sale $2 each, I had 4 coupons ($2 off any 2 Aussie) so I got 8 bottles = $16 (less 4 x $2 x dbl. = $16) which would have made them all free!  :-)    But the system didn’t double them, seems it picked-up that the item was $2 and the Doubles Event will not give you overage. So I had to go to customer service after I was done and they refunded-me $8.  Same thing happened with Fuze on sale $1 (had $1 off 2 coupon) and coupon didn’t double. So another $4 refund on that one.
If anyone does have questions on this event, here are most important facts:

Double Manufacturer Coupons are up to and including $2.00 value.

Amount of credit from doubling a coupon cannot exceed the retail price of the item. Only one coupon can be doubled per item. A limit of up to and including 4 coupons on 4 identical items including varieties may be credited per customer per day. Other coupons for the same item will be redeemed at face value. No cash or in-store purchase credit will be awarded for double coupon amounts above the retail price of an item. Limit 75 total coupons per customer per day. Offer good 10/26/08-11/01/08 only. Offer excludes products prohibited by law. Not valid toward previous purchase. In the event of a return, coupon savings may be deducted from refund May not be used in combination with any other offer. Not valid for online purchases. Prices effective only at select stores. Coupons will not be doubles for non-merchandise items, concessions, federal or state regulated items, and prior purchases. Kmart reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time
